Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship premium instruments across India with care. Each instrument is individually wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or restricted pin codes, our team will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to advise on delivery feasibility.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days.
  • Remote areas: 8–12 business days.

Timelines are indicative and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business daysof confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

5. Courier Partners

We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket-networked carriers, depending on your location.

6. Packaging

All instruments are packed in reinforced cardboard boxes with foam padding. Fragile items such as sitars and tanpuras are double-boxed. If packaging appears tampered with or damaged on arrival, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge.
